Prama's brain injury service has been running since 2016 and we have just updated the PramaCARE Website to further promote this unique and valued service.
The Brain Injury Service' work is as varied as our clients’ needs, and does not focus solely on providing care in the home.
Whilst we do support some of our clients with tasks and activities at home, we also help people
- access education
- community based social and developmental activities.
We also provide respite sits to enable family members and carers to have a break or engage themselves in social activities. Our work is built around supporting people with their rehabilitation to reduce isolation and enable people to retain a level of independence.
We have a small and dedicated team of trained staff, which we are growing all the time.
As we progress through 2018, we are working to reach out more widely across the country and provide more care and support to those who need it. We are growing our networks and meeting new clients all the time. Our aim is to become the Service provider of choice within the County for professionals, individuals, families and carers alike. We are developing a front facing approach, giving professionals, clients and family members security in the high quality of service that is provided.
If you would like to know more about our service, or if you like to speak with someone about what assistance we can offer, please give us a call on 01202 207320.
